LE DATTIER
Le Dattier is immediately next door to Le Colombier and owned by M. Chaix, the brother to M Chaix at Le Colombier.
It is a four star site, with English speaking manager called Anna with an English couple, Carl & Angie who run the facilities.
It is a comparatively small family owned site, abundant with mature Date Palms (dattier), Eucalyptus, Rowan & Laurel.
It is well appointed with two swimming pools, with various depths, islands, one with a fountain, restaurant, shop, bar, children’s play areas and tennis courts. Table tennis, volleyball and boules are all available. Shower blocks, washing machines and ironing facilities are also available if needed.
It is within fairly easy walking distance to Frejus.
PLOT F3
A 30ft x 10 ft mobile home with double bedroom, twin bedroom all with good cupboards, shelving, large living area with seating which can be converted to a double bed. Shower room/toilet. Full equipped kitchen with fridge, gas oven and hob, full inventory.
Hot & cold water in kitchen, bathroom and toilet connected to mains services. Outside shrub area with tree bordered garden, slabbed terrace area, sun canopy, gas BBQ with chairs and sun loungers.
Water, Gas & Electricity included. Tourist Tax approx. Euros 0.6 per person per day the only extra.
