This “Tagus” mobile home is approx. 27ft x 10ft and has one separate bedroom and 2 single divans in the lounge.   It has been fully refurbished throughout, with tiled shower room, basin and toilet.   Well equipped kitchen with full size cooker, large fridge and microwave.   T.V. in lounge.   The built-on awning shelters the patio from sun/rain.    The lower terrace provides a sun-bathing area and has stunning views.    4 occupants max.    EXTRAS see below.

STUDIO APARTMENT

Newly fitted out, it is approx. 30 sq. metres in size.   Tiled bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC.   Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven and grill, microwave and large fridge.   Pull down double bed in main room and small sofa bed in the enclosed balcony, which is also the dining area.   T.V. provided.   Ideal for a couple with 1 child.   Allocated car parking in this small private complex, which is just a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and pools.   Bed linen and bathroom towels provided.    EXTRAS see below .

ALL units have electric water heaters.

ALL units are fully equipped, including garden furniture for use on the site.

Gas, water and electricity and Tourist Tax are included in the prices.

The only EXTRAS are the Car Sticker for access through the security gate, 24 hours a day, 6.50 Euros and the Domaine ID/Leisure Card for 10.00 Euros (not necessary for children under 8 years old)
