It contains a fridge freezer, air conditioning, and Sky Satellite means you will not miss your favourite soaps!  Electric blinds are provided both inside and out.  Shower room with a sink, toilet and small washing machine.  There is a dining table, easy chairs with a built in wardrobe and being on the third floor, has excellent views.  A lift is available and for your use beach parasol, chairs plus a pair of binoculars for viewing the lakes.  Secure parking with electric gates if you go by car or flying and hiring one.  A bus service from Nice airport and Frejus stops outside the front door.
